Return Policy

Our main desire is to create comfort at your home by providing high-class furniture and decor. If you are displeased for any reason with an item purchased on Create Comfort, we are glad to help you in return. The only exceptions to this return policy are items noted as SALE (shown in the section SALES): SALES-items cannot be returned or exchanged.

All returns & exchanges must be postmarked within 30-days of the initial delivery date without exception.

Create Comfort retains the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in as-new condition due to damage, installation or misuse by the client.

All items must be shipped back in safe keeping within their original, protective outer packaging/parcel, and internal protective material, or items must be repackaged with adequate, protective material and an outer box/parcel without exception. Items must be in new condition, meaning they are in unused/unwashed condition and show no signs of wear. Damaged and unpackaged returns will not be accepted.

If you have received item(s) that are incorrect or damaged, new items will be delivered. In this case, please notify our Client Services team within 48 hours at info@createcomfort.com to file a claim. Any notifications or claims outside of that window will not be honored. Returns sent in that arrive with postage due will be returned to sender.

If the item(s) you received are in the right condition, but for any reason do not satisfy your want, you may get your money back after paying a 25% restocking fee and pick-up fee.
