Yes, we do offer assembly services for some items. These will be identified at checkout in your order process.

Rest assured–the well-being of our employees and customers are top priority! Before finalizing deliveries, we will confirm that our customers are in good health to accept deliveries safely. Our delivery people will wear masks and gloves for the entire duration of the delivery.

Yes, you can cancel your order; however, a 25% restocking fee and pickup fee will apply, and delivery fees are non-refundable once the order has shipped out.

We understand that delays can be frustrating. Sometimes, depending on your location, deliveries may take a bit longer. This is especially true for oversized items, as they often require LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight services. While you do have the option to cancel your order, please be aware that a restocking fee and delivery fee will apply. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

It is the customer’s responsibility to take accurate measurements of their space, including elevators, stairways, and doorways, to ensure the furniture can be delivered. If the item does not fit and you refuse delivery, a 25% restocking fee and a pickup fee will apply. If the furniture needs to be carried up the stairs instead of using the elevator, a walk-up fee of $100 will be charged for deliveries up to the 5th floor. Make sure to confirm that your space can accommodate the furniture to avoid these additional costs.

We charge a pickup fee if you decide to return a product or exchange. The fee varies depending on the size of the product and ranges from $250 to $500.

We want you to be happy. Customers must contact us in advance of returning items. We encourage you to contact us with concerns within 48 hours of delivery so we can help you right away. If we accept a return, there is a restocking fee of 25% plus pick up fee where applicable. Items must be in the original condition and box for returns to be accepted. Items must be returned without 14 days of delivery without exception.

We do not accept returns or cancellations on customized items.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on decor items. All decor items (rugs, pillows, art, lighting, etc.) are final sale.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that are not in as-new condition due to damage, installation or misuse by the customer.

If an exchange is accepted, items must be in their original condition and packaging.
